By accessing dd999.win, registering a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the dd999 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use dd999 and must close any existing account immediately by contacting [email protected].

These Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between you (the player) and dd999 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior discussions, representations, warranties, and understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.

In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the matter to which they relate.

To register and maintain an account on dd999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the name, email address, device, or payment method used — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and phone number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud. dd999 reserves the right to close any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate at any time.

Account Security

You are entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your dd999 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. dd999 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your own failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your password has been compromised, you must notify the dd999 support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. dd999 may temporarily suspend your account as a protective measure while the matter is investigated.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

dd999 is committed to operating a safe and transparent platform. As part of this commitment, we require all players to complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

KYC verification is a one-time process for most players, though dd999 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time if there is a legitimate compliance reason to do so. Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and eligible Visa or Mastercard cards issued by banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. dd999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems.

You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a payment account belonging to another person is strictly prohibited. Where such a deposit is detected, dd999 reserves the right to reverse the transaction, suspend the account, and request documentary evidence of payment ownership before any further activity is permitted.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the player's funds. A minimum withdrawal amount may apply, and this figure is displayed in your account settings at the time of request.

All withdrawal requests are subject to a review process. bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically settle within minutes once approved. Card withdrawals may take between 1 and 5 business days depending on the issuing bank. dd999 processes withdrawal requests promptly but is not liable for delays attributable to payment providers or banking institutions.

Withdrawals will only be released after successful completion of KYC identity verification. If a withdrawal request is made before KYC is complete, the request will be placed on hold until verification documents are reviewed and approved.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

dd999 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. Deposits must represent legitimate personal funds. dd999 monitors all transactions for unusual patterns and reserves the right to freeze funds, request source-of-funds documentation, or report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws. Players who engage in money laundering activities will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds confiscated.

dd999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any additional terms specified within the individual promotion. Where the promotion-specific terms differ from this section, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering multiplier) before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on dd999 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account termination.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While an active bonus is applied to your account, a maximum bet limit per spin or per wager may apply as specified in the individual promotion terms. All casino games and sports betting markets available on dd999 are governed by the specific rules of each game or market in addition to the general standards set out in this section. Players are encouraged to read the individual game rules before wagering.

Casino Games

All slot, table, live dealer, and crash game titles available on dd999 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently verified by accredited testing laboratories. dd999 does not manipulate game outcomes. The Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game studio and is applied uniformly across all sessions.

Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed beyond a defined period, or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned, in accordance with the applicable market rules. For cricket matches affected by weather, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcome will be used for settlement purposes where the official governing body applies it.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on dd999. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account to circumvent account restrictions or claim bonuses multiple times.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the dd999 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing errors to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to reversal at dd999's sole discretion.

• Making offensive, threatening, or abusive communications to dd999 staff or other players through any communication channel.

dd999 employs continuous automated monitoring to detect prohibited conduct. Players whose accounts are flagged for review may have withdrawals placed on hold during the investigation period. dd999 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

dd999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account action.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. dd999 will attempt to notify the account holder via email before applying a dormancy fee or closing a dormant account.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your dd999 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal manner and the remaining balance (if above the minimum withdrawal threshold) will be returned to your registered payment method.

• Any loss of data, account content, or personal information arising from a security breach that was not caused by dd999's own negligence.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of sports data, odds feeds, or results information provided by third-party data suppliers.

Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit dd999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

dd999 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates to applicable law, regulatory guidance, platform features, payment methods, or operational policy. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date on which the most recent amendment became effective.

For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, dd999 will provide advance notice via email to the registered address on your account, or via a prominent notice on the dd999.win website, no fewer than 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. For minor or administrative updates, changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of dd999 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using dd999 and close your account by contacting [email protected] before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable laws. As a platform primarily serving players in Bangladesh, dd999 acknowledges the legal framework applicable to online services accessed within the territory of Bangladesh.

In the event of a dispute between you and dd999 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the dd999 support team at [email protected]. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If the matter cannot be resolved through the informal support process, either party may escalate the dispute to formal resolution. dd999 is committed to fair and transparent dispute handling and will engage with escalated complaints in good faith.

dd999 does not accept any liability for actions taken by players that violate the laws of their country of residence. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of dd999 complies with all laws applicable in their location. dd999 provides its services on a best-efforts basis for players in Bangladesh and does not make any representation about the legality of its services in any other jurisdiction.
